In March 2016, she began her first freelance project for Teacher’s Discovery and since then has created engaging classroom posters and hands-on material for the high school ELA classroom. Outside of the teaching world, she enjoys taking on other freelance jobs, including anything from research to blog and article writing. Amber enjoys spending time in the Nevada outdoors hunting, camping, and hiking with her husband and son. Her other hobbies include cooking, baking, reading, and just enjoying the comforts of home.
